LiverWELL is delighted to collaborate with the Gippsland Region Public Health Unit to provide a space for workers in the sector to come together on the goal of eliminating viral hepatitis by 2030.
Participants at our regional forums have told us that their favourite aspect of our forums is networking – health workers coming together and meeting others in their field and in their region. The results are sharing of information, and ultimately a stronger health workforce.
Because of this, networking is the primary focus of our upcoming Gippsland Regional Forum, which will support healthcare workers in the Gippsland region to come together in person, build connections and improve care pathways for patients.
Hear an epidemiological update of the region and short presentations on viral hepatitis and care cascades in Gippsland. Networking workshops will be held to foster strong connections and collaborations between different health services.
Venue: Conference Room, Gippsland Performing Arts Centre, 32 Kay St, Traralgon 3844.
Date: 24 October
Time: 10am-3pm
Morning tea and lunch will be provided.

We acknowledge the traditional owners of the lands where we work - the lands of the Woi-Wurrung Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nations. We express our gratitude to them for their continued care and curation of these lands and waters. We pay our respects to Elders past and present.
LiverWELL observes and honours the Kulin Nation's intrinsic connection to land, sky and water, and the creator Bunjil. LiverWELL is committed to being led and informed by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders on bridging health outcomes for communities and improving liver health.
