Manager – Clinical and Programs
Full time, 38 hours per week.
The Manager – Clinical and Programs will play an integral part in LiverWELL’s commitment to building a response to liver health that is community lead and to work in collaboration with others who share the same vision. It will drive our work in championing best practice liver care and increasing the willingness of community and health care workers to respond to liver disease.
Working across the organisation and directly reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Manager – Clinical and Programs guides the expertise in our clinical pathways and drives the programmatic work of the organisation while also providing strategic support.
The Manager – Clinical and Programs has responsibility for a number of direct reports in relation to the education, health promotion, workforce training, clinical engagement, and community mobilisation programs of LiverWELL. They also lead the planning, performance and evaluation activities of the organisation. This is an opportunity to combine your confident and articulate manner with a passion for improving outcomes for individuals living with a chronic health condition.
All applicants should have tertiary qualifications in nursing or other healthcare-related field and demonstrated experience interacting with the medical community, including GPs and Specialists.
Relevant qualifications and/or significant experience in electronic document, records or information management would be viewed favourably.

Business Development Manager
Part time.
The creation of this new Business Development Manager role reflects the commitment of LiverWELL to building a response to liver health that is community lead and that works in collaboration with others who share the same vision.
The Business Development Manager will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer to proactively increase funding for programs, organisational reach, and position LiverWELL to achieve its strategic vision in relation to liver health.
This position is well suited for someone with a passion for growth and driving change. The key responsibility areas are:
• Growth and income generation
• Relationships and positioning of LiverWELL
• Collaborations to achieve program and service outcomes.
