National Community Survey

LiverWELL was proud to attend the Ethnolink Summit 2026 in Melbourne, joining more than 250 communications, marketing and community engagement professionals for a day focused on the future of multicultural communications in Australia.

As of 1 September 2026, all medical and nurse practitioners can now prescribe PBS-subsidised hepatitis B treatments for eligible patients. LiverWELL welcomes this change, which makes it easier for Australians living with chronic hepatitis B to access treatment and ongoing care through their regular healthcare provider. 

It was an inspiring few days of sharing ideas and reflecting on how we can turn our ambition for change into action for the communities we serve.

On 11 June, Health Promotion Team staff members Neylan and Alain represented LiverWELL at the Celebrating Multicultural Seniors event hosted by the Ethnic Communities Council of Victoria (ECCV).

With funding from HepLink, Hepatitis Australia, LiverWELL delivered more than 22 targeted outreach activities to Chinese and Vietnamese communities across Victoria.
