Hep Services Directory

This Hep Services Directory is designed to help people connect with liver health services, including but not limited to services for viral hepatitis B and C. To use this directory, you can first select one of the three Primary Search options and then add one or more of the eight Filters. These are selected by clicking on the relevant selection in the column on the right of the map. You can then add a suburb name or postcode in the search panel in the top left of the map. (Scroll down to find the map.)

We welcome feedback on both our directory and the services listed through the contact form linked below.

Do you have some feedback you would like to share with us? Are you based in Victoria and have services related to liver health that could be included in this map? Please get in contact and we can address your comment and / or include your service in this resource.

We acknowledge the traditional owners of the lands where we work - the lands of the Woi-Wurrung Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nations. We express our gratitude to them for their continued care and curation of these lands and waters. We pay our respects to Elders past and present.

LiverWELL observes and honours the Kulin Nation's intrinsic connection to land, sky and water, and the creator Bunjil. LiverWELL is committed to being led and informed by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders on bridging health outcomes for communities and improving liver health.
