LiverWELL Featured in The AGE: How to Look After Your Superhero Liver

You may have seen LiverWELL featured in The Age this past week, with an article dedicated to raising awareness on improving liver health and avoiding fatty liver disease. The article highlights our ‘superhero’ livers and the amazing 500 functions they perform to keep our bodies healthy and safe. Featured was Russell Shewan, CEO of LiverWELL, who states that “the early stage is a great time to make minor lifestyle tweaks”, reminding us all that keeping your liver well can be as simple as limiting high caloric foods, going for an extra walk or even drinking more water.
