More than six million Australians suffer from chronic liver disease and more than seven thousand Australians die each year from chronic liver disease.
Equip yourself with knowledge and tools to take control of your own liver health journey.
LiverWELL’s My Liver Health Program will provide free healthy lifestyle coaching sessions in March to support people interested in optimizing their liver health as well as those looking to manage their chronic liver conditions – including cirrhosis, viral hepatitis, fatty liver, and a range of other liver diseases. It is open to friends, family, and carers of those living with chronic liver disease.
Managing a chronic condition can be isolating and confusing, this program gives you the opportunity to hear from experts and lived experience speakers, meet individuals with common goals and build a support network.
How can the My Liver Health Program help you?
Each topic-focused session will run from 12 pm to 1 pm. You can register to attend a session of your choice. Participants attending all 5 sessions will be in the running to win a lucky draw prize.
My liver health program is comprised of a series of 5 free sessions covering:

Session 2: 17 March – Eating Well
Session 3: 22 March – Getting active

LiverWELL observes and honours the Kulin Nation's intrinsic connection to land, sky and water, and the creator Bunjil. LiverWELL is committed to being led and informed by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders on bridging health outcomes for communities and improving liver health.
