If you work with people from culturally and linguistically different background, people from refugee or migrants background, Aboriginal and Torres Strait islander people, or people who inject drugs, you have a role to play in helping prevent liver cancer in the communities you work with.
Hepatitis B is a leading cause of liver cancer, yet this is often preventable. Many people are undiagnosed or not receiving the care they need to avoid this outcome. Organisations like yours are often trusted by people who might otherwise miss out on testing, care or support.
Join us for an interactive half-day event to discuss how you support better health outcomes through the work you already do by helping people access information, testing, care and support. You don’t need to be a hepatitis B expert to make a difference.
