We’re excited to launch our new Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C Information Hubs on the LiverWELL website. Developed with expert health writer Nerissa Bentley.

LiverWELL was proud to showcase its work at this year’s ASHM Conference, with staff presenting a range of initiatives that highlight the importance of lived experience, community engagement and collaboration in the hepatitis sector.

During the busy time of July and early August, LiverWELL was proud to support a range of community-led events as part of our World Hepatitis Day Incentives Program.

During the week of World Hepatitis Day, LiverWELL and the Ovens Murray Public Health Unit (OMPHU) hosted a regional forum at The Cube in Wodonga. It was our biggest in the region with more than 40 attendees!

LiverWELL was thrilled to join the Springvale Snow Festival to help raise awareness and educate the community about viral hepatitis, including hepatitis B and C. Our interactive stall was a hit with festival-goers!

The World Hepatitis Alliance have developed a digital toolkit specifically for young people living with HIV and/or hepatitis.

As we reflect on World Hepatitis Day, observed globally every year on 28 July, we’re proud of the action taken to raise awareness about viral hepatitis and its impact on millions of people.
