Get involved in our World Hepatitis Day Incentives Program

Keep an eye out for grassroots, community-driven and local organisation initiatives for this year’s World Hepatitis Day! Nine organisations were successful under LiverWELL’s World Hepatitis Day Incentives Program and will be delivering community events and two targeted testing campaigns throughout July to raise awareness of World Hepatitis Day within their local communities.

A variety of initiatives, ranging from awareness and education sessions, community lunches, free screening opportunities and targeted testing campaigns, will be held across metropolitan and regional Victoria. Organisations represent culturally and linguistically diverse communities, Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations, primary care and harm reduction services, ensuring activities are tailored to the needs of their local communities.
