Harmony Week celebrates Australia’s cultural diversity, inclusivity, and a sense of belonging for everyone.
During Harmony Week the Department of Home Affairs leads national celebrations to recognise diversity and inclusion. Multiple events and activities are offered around the country, that bring Australians together through sharing of culture. Since 1999, more than 80,000 Harmony Week events have been held across Australia.
Harmony Week concludes with International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination on March 21st.
With nearly half of Australians hailing from overseas it is important we make our health-related content as inclusive as possible. By including more language translations and extending our reach, LiverWELL hopes to inspire more culturally diverse Australians to keep up to date with their liver health. We now have 18 different language translations on the LiverWELL website and are looking to expand further.

We acknowledge the traditional owners of the lands where we work - the lands of the Woi-Wurrung Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nations. We express our gratitude to them for their continued care and curation of these lands and waters. We pay our respects to Elders past and present.
LiverWELL observes and honours the Kulin Nation's intrinsic connection to land, sky and water, and the creator Bunjil. LiverWELL is committed to being led and informed by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders on bridging health outcomes for communities and improving liver health.
