Beyond the C

Beyond the C is a national partnership program with General Practice to find people who may be living with hepatitis C, and to engage and connect them with care.

LiverWELL is excited to share this opportunity with practices that could benefit from this program. We encourage you to consider taking part. Together we can continue to work towards better liver health outcomes.

ASHM has increased its remuneration to a total of $4000 (plus GST) for participation from practices in the Beyond the C program, to be recruited by end of June 2024. It’s a great opportunity to receive guided assistance and support for taking the time to put in place quality improvements around responses to assist clients with hepatitis C.

Through case-finding and clinical audit skills, practices can make a significant difference in people’s long-term health outcomes and contribute to the elimination of hepatitis C as a major health threat. The program is aligned with the RACGP CPD requirements and offers numerous benefits, including improved patient care and opportunities to address other clinical priorities.
