Save the Date for the Grampians Regional Forum!

Let’s work together to eliminate viral hepatitis by 2030.

LiverWELL is delighted to collaborate with the Grampians Public Health Unit and Ballarat Community Health to provide a space for workers in the sector to come together on the goal of eliminating viral hepatitis by 2030.

Location: The main event will be hosted in Horsham, and there will be a satellite location in Ballarat to maximise attendance from healthcare professionals.
Date: 23 May 2024
Time: 10am  –  3pm
